 In July 2018, our company received the first inquiry from this Middle East customer and gave the best price proposal to the customer. Customers have always been cautious because they have purchased seamless pipes in China and been deceived before. From July to October 2018, our company has received inquiries from the customer all the time, but there are no substantive orders.

In order to win the trust of customers, I have send our company project list, shipping records, Bill of Lading to Middle East , LSAW pipe and SMLS pipe stock photos to customers. Customers acknowledged our information and placed a 60 tons LSAW trial order in November 2018. The payment was made by LC for 60 days and a third-party inspection was arranged. Since the customer LC payment comes from the Middle East, it is necessary to provide a series of documents to the bank for audition, only after approval the money could entering the Xinyue account and then we could arrange purchasing raw materials. During the half month of submitting documents, the customer appeared a little incomprehensible, worried about affecting their delivery date, so he wanted to cancel the order. But in order to maintain our first cooperation, we are patient to communicate with customers and ensure that we will try our best to advance the delivery date of steel pipes. Customers choose to trust us again.

After the completion of the goods, we promptly sent the customer MTC, product list and photos to inform the customer for the third inspection, so that we can arrange shipment of the order as soon as possible before the Spring Festival, so as not to affect the customer's delivery date. After inspection, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the results of our LSAW pipe, and gave Xinyue the second order---200 tons seamless steel pipe. Customer said that they would continue to support Xinyue steel pipe and maintain close cooperation.

An Order of high standard & strict requirements on API 5L PSL2 X42 Seamless oil & gas line pipe

 One of regular clients from Xinyue Steel Group sent a inquiry: oil & gas pipeline, API 5L PSL2 X42 Seamless Steel Pipe, normalized, size DN100 & DN150, total quantity of 150tons. The client requests pipes should be qualified with standard API and also with below requests:

1.Hydraulic Test

According to API standard, pipes are qualified as long as it undertook pressure of 20.5MPA and keep for at least 5 seconds. While client requests pressure should be 32.7MPA for DN100, 21.5MPA for DN150.

2. Impact Test

According to API standard, 0 Deg.C impact test is not required for size DN100 and the min CVN is 34J for size DN150 pipe. While client requests both sizes should be tested and the Min CVN is 60J, and we also should complete CVN tests at -25 Deg.C and provide results.

For documents, the ITP, MPS, production schedule should be offered within one week after PO, NDT test report, Hydraulic test report, impact test report, heat treatment report, material certificate, tally sheet, packing list etc should be offered within two weeks before delivery and the Final Documentation Dossier (MDR - Manufacturers Data Report) should be offered within one week before delivery.

The airport construction project is hot going on with Xinyue Steel

 On Jan. 23rd, 2019, Xinyue Steel got the inquiry from new customer about the needed pipe for Airport construction, the pipes will be used for transferring gas from airplane, both internal and external coating will be requested. After the first steps negotiation, and the introduction of Xinyue Steel, customer showed much interest with Xinyue Steel, and hope they can get the offer from Xinyue ASAP to go on the next step discussion.

After the first steps offering, the customer is not good with the internal coating we suggested, and request us to recommend another brand of internal coating. Once received the request from customer, Xinyue contact with the coating factory manger the first time, and applied another well reputation of brand, also applied the offer with enough technical documents. After received our new quotation plan, customer get very satisfied with our offer, and confirmed contract with us after the further detailed negotiation.

Successful delivery of spiral pipes for water supply in Ecuador

 Over the past five years, we have maintained close business cooperation with our north American customers. During the cooperation, we have exchanged industry knowledge, discussed project solutions and provided perfect products and services for many projects.

In December 2018, we received an active enquiry from a customer in North America again. The customer needed API 5L PSL1 Grade B spiral pipe for the water supply project. The first time we received the inquiry, we quickly reported the project plan to the customer.

From the follow-up project follow-up, I learned that this project is a local water pipeline project, which requires anti-corrosion coating, internal anti-corrosion epoxy paint 300 microns, external anti-corrosion 3PE 2.5 mm.

Indian Stockist partner visited Xinyue Steel Group

 In April, 2019, our Indian partner visited Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group. He is a local stockist and dealer in India. This visit is to conduct product inspection on the newly signed orders in late March and early April, and to negotiate new orders at the same time.

In this factory inspection, the product inspected is ERW welded pipe, the specification is 219*8.18mm*5.8 meters. The customer inspects the dimensions and measures the outer diameter, wall thickness and length. At the same time he is also give the affirmation for the pipe ends and black painting, the customer said he is very satisfied with this order.

After the factory inspection, the customer had an interview with our group CEO in our office. After confirming with us all the details of our previous order, He immediately placed another order of 100 tons of the same specification. At the meeting, the customer said that more and more orders will be signed with the Xinyue group in the future .
