1, Single chain cooling bed
Single-stranded cooling bed adopts climbing structure. The cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and a fixed rail with a drive system. The steel pipe is placed between the two grips of the forward transport chain, and the fixed rails bear the weight of the steel pipe body. Single-stranded cooling bed using the forward transport chain claw and the fixed rail friction force to make the steel pipe rotation movement, while relying on the weight of steel and lift the angle, so that the steel pipe is always close to the forward transport chain claws to achieve smooth rotation of steel.
2, Double-stranded cooling bed
The double-stranded cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain, each with a drive system. The steel pipe is placed between the two lines of the forward transport chain, and the reverse chain carries the weight of the pipe body. The double-stranded cooling bed utilizes the thrust of the forward transport chain to push the steel pipe forward, and use the friction of the reverse chain to cause the continuous rotation of the steel pipe. The movement of the reverse chain also makes the steel pipe always leaning against the jaws of the forward transport chain to achieve smooth rotation and uniform cooling.
3, The new chain of cooling bed
Combined with the characteristics of single-stranded cooling bed and double-stranded cooling bed, the cooling bed is divided into uphill and downhill. The uphill section is a double-stranded structure consisting of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain. The positive and negative interaction causes the steel pipe to continue to rotate forward and do climbing. Downhill section for the forward transport chain and steel pipe parallel arrangement of single-chain structure, relying on self-weight to achieve rotation, so landslide movement.
4, Stepping rack-type cooling bed
Stepped rack-type cold bed consists of two sets of racks, one set on the fixed beam, called the static rack, the other assembly on the moving beam, called the moving rack. When the mechanism moves, the moving rack is lifted up and the steel pipe is lifted, and the steel pipe is rolled once in the toothed shape when it is lifted. After the moving gear is raised to the highest position, the stepping mechanism moves the moving rack into a step in the direction of the cooling bed output. The lifting mechanism continues to move, driving the moving rack down and put the steel pipe into the stator tooth slot, the steel tube along the tooth of the tooth re-rolling once, after moving the rack back to the initial position to complete a working cycle.
5, Screw-type cooling bed
Screw cooling by the main drive, screw and fixed cooling platform and other components, the screw, including screw rod and screw spiral. The working surface of the fixed cooling platform is higher than that of the screw core and below the helix. The weight of the steel pipe body is borne by the fixed cooling platform. The main drive drives the screw to rotate synchronously, and the helix on the screw drives the steel tube to roll forward on the fixed cooling stand and cool it.
Single-stranded cooling bed is not suitable for continuous operation, double-stranded cooling bed is better, the new chain-type cooling bed effect is good and low cost, stepping rack-type cooling bed is generally used in large or high configuration line, Screw-type cooling bed is generally used to cool smaller diameter seamless tubes.
