On May 1, 2021, Xinyue received an order inquiry from new customers in Vietnam, requiring alloy seamless steel pipes with complex specifications and different lengths. The product was used as a high-pressure boiler tube in the boiler construction of customer terminal projects. Duo to the boiler is prone to potential safety hazards, all requirements for various accessories were very high. This time, there were strict requirements for the pipe surface, the deviation outer diameter and wall thickness. In order to make customers better understand Xinyue in an all-round way, the sale specialist communicated with customers by email and telephone for many times, and introduced Xinyue's corporate culture and business philosophy in detail, as well as the export experience and successful project cases accumulated over the years. In addition, since the customer was first time came into contact with steel pipe products, customers didn't know much about products, we not only gave detailed technical explanations, but also assisted the customer to confirm the service length required for the project terminal, suggested the most appropriate and economical transportation scheme. Everything takes the interests of customers as the starting point, serves customers attentively and warms customers with actions. In the later negotiation with customers, the epidemic situation in Vietnam returned again, the serious epidemic situation undoubtedly suspended the customers' purchase plan. During the epidemic prevention in Vietnam, our sales engineer always maintained good communication with customers and regularly sent price trend charts, market conditions and other information to customers, so that customers can clearly understand the price changes in the Chinese market at first time. After three months of unremitting communication and coordination, Xinyue received the Po sent by the customer as scheduled. In order to help customers clearly understand the status of each pipe in the production stage and the data of final test, Xinyue sent images to the customer.
