TPI Passed, PSL2 X42 ERW long pipe Will Arrive At Construction Site Soon

 On May 10th, all cargo of 1200MT DN400 18meter ERW pipes has been successfully shipped from Tianjin port to Australia. This cargo is the 1st stage of local water pipeline project, has included PSL2 X42 ERW steel pipes and relevant high steel grade flanges & bends & bolts & nuts over 100 items.

Client nominated third party inspection to monitor the whole production process from raw material arrival, including 100% hydrostatic testing & UT testing process. Due to our domestic demands recovered from the pandemic, we met the peak season of feed material production. Material only arrived to mill before our labor holiday. During the Labor holiday, our production team & inspection team still worked overtime to catch up the earliest bulk shipment as client’s request.

Finally all the production & finished products well passed the third party inspection, and client received the perfect QA report. Client also expressed high recognition and appreciation for Xinyue's production speed capability, quality control, and on-time delivery.
