Small diameter ERW of cutting, galvanizing, threading with successfully delivery

 Tianjin Xinyue received the customer's inquiry at the end of February. At the beginning, the customer required to make seamless steel pipe. After several communication, the customer finally decided to make straight welded pipe instead of seamless steel pipe. It’s fix length 3.05 meters, surface galvanized and tube ends was threaded. The thickness of galvanized is 45 microns. This steel tube is the first trial order of the customer for installing lamps.

Straight seam welded pipe surface do galvanized tube and steel tube should be cut into 3.05 meters in length, the customer request strictly, in order to better control the length tolerance, need to cut pipe a a cut, but this will increase the processing cost, in order to meet the needs of customers and orders requirements, tianjin xinyue would like to reduce profits, to ensure that meet customer's technical requirements, so as to achieve the long-term friendly relations of cooperation.
