 At the end of April 2020, we received an inquiry from a French customer, they required 213 tons ssaw steel pipe with out diameter of 1.2m . The customer mainly engaged in steel trading. This order is mainly used for water pipe projects in Africa, and the pipes are required to arrive at the destination port in July. Xinyue has rich exporting experience in spiral pipe, and has provided for very high quality steel pipe for piling, water transportation, bridge and other projects all over the world for many years, and has been recognized by our customers.

After receiving the inquiry, we quickly gave the best price solution and submitted the project list of Xinyue. Two days later, the customer reported that after the audit, we beat the competitors in Turkey, mainly because the end user was very shocked by our export record of spiral tube and was willing to give us a chance. In early May, the customer was entrusted to visit the factory. Customer audited our factory's certifacte,material tracking , welding quality, how to test, machine brand , production line,how to control the quality during the progress.and also customer witnessed our production process on site. On May 19, the customer said that our qualification and technology had passed the end user’s audit. He also said that cooperation would soon start.

Professional product knowledge, professional production equipment and professional quality control are the most important factors to conquer customers. Price war may lead to a transaction, but it is not the way for long-term survival.
