Ductile iron pipe delivered successfully

 　　At end of July 2020, one of Xinyue Steel Group's regular from South Africa sent a new PO again, ductile iron pipe with 11 specifications, Size range DN100-700, it is an stock supplementary order for regular stocks. According client’s requests: ductile iron pipes should confirm to ISO2531-k9, T type joint in lengths of 6 Meters, matched 100% SBR rubber gaskets. Cement lining inside of pipes should confirm to ISO4179, zinc & bitumen coating outside of pipes should confirm to ISO8179, and the rubber gasket should confirm to ISO4633.

　　We’ve suggested client to extend Ex mill time to 50days to ensure this order can be delivered completely, as quantity of some sizes are too far from MOQ for new production and mill’s production was affected by local environment assessment authority recently, which is totally understood by client who agreed our advice. We’ve made purchasing plan & quality requirements for stock option and also the fastest production schedule for those sizes that are not available in stock at the time we received deposit from client. With the cooperation of every depts, all specifications were unexpectedly ready in 20 days.

　　Xinyue QA dept arranged TPI of SGS on this order as soon as received production finish notice from production dept. Inspection contents including: 100% quantity, visual, coating thickness, dimension, marking inspection and QA documents approval.

　　We received high appreciation from client for our high efficiency, high quality and strict quality control when we submitted SGS inspection report to him, who putted forward a new request that they received a new order from local contractor who designated Xinyue Steel as trusted supplier for his project that will be kicked-off soon.

　　We were requested to try our every effort to ensure that all of these products will arrive at destination port within 20 days while the standard voyage time is 30-40 days.

　　The urgency was well learned by Xinyue Steel Group, who confirmed the emergency delivery plan immediately for this order. After evaluation on all feasible options, the shipping line with the fastest sailing time but the most expensive sea freight is finally selected.

　　The vessel arrived at destination port in 2weeks, which helps client delivered all pipe to project site on time.
