(1) Cold-drawn or cold-rolled anticorrosive spiral steel pipes with a wall thickness of not more than 1.5 mm; welded steel pipes with a wall thickness of not more than 1 mm and surface-polished rolled stainless steel pipes shall be packed in strong wooden or iron boxes.
(2) Each box should be steel pipes with the same contract number. When there are more than one batch of steel pipes in the same box, each batch should be bundled separately and packed in the box.
(3) The maximum weight of each box of anti-corrosive spiral steel pipes: steel pipes with a diameter greater than or equal to 20 mm and special-shaped steel pipes with a section circumference greater than and equal to 6 mm shall not exceed 2 tons; steel pipes with a diameter less than 20 mm and sections with a section circumference less than 65 mm Special-shaped steel pipe does not exceed 1.5 tons. Note: The weight of the box can be increased by agreement between the two parties.
(4) When packing, the inner wall of the box should be covered with linoleum paper or plastic cloth or other moisture-proof materials. The box should be tight and not easy to enter water. The outside of the box should be bound and tightened with steel belt, double wire steel wire or other methods.
(5) Cold-drawn or cold-rolled anticorrosive spiral steel pipes with wall thickness not greater than 1.5 mm. Welded steel pipes with wall thickness not greater than 1 mm may not be packed with the consent of the purchaser and specified in the contract. However, the maximum weight of each bundle shall not exceed 2 tons.
(6) Cold-drawn or cold-rolled stainless steel pipes with wall thickness greater than 1.5 mm may not be boxed. But after bundling, it needs to be tightly wrapped with no less than 2 layers of sack cloth or plastic cloth and tied with steel wire. The weight of each bundle should be no more than 2 tons.
