Xinyue Steel Passed factory audit from another Australia client

 XINYUE STEEL GROUP, received an inquiry from one of our regular clients in Australia, that’s API 5L GR.B PSL1 Piling pipes with OD DN1200 WT 16mm, length in 3.7-12M, total quantity is about one thousand tons. Based on trust on mutual parties all the time, the client told us frankly that order will be within 10 days that should be our validity and our offer will be the last price he presents to the contractor. On technical side, we should ensure all pipes are produced as API 5L standard stipulated with 100% hydro test, NDT.

After submit our offer as client’s requests, we keep contacting with our client and finally received the good news that order was awarded to us successfully. PO & deposit bank slip are sent to us at the same time, while the contractor of this project contacted XINYUE STEEL GROUP directly for factory audit before production.

2 days later, XINYUE STEEL GROUP received the visit of contractor’s inspector, who checked all documents & certificates, equipment list, quality management system and so on, and also inspected production lines as well. Our test procedures, lab’s ability, equipment/ devices, welder/ NDT inspector’s qualification are the key concerns by the inspector, who gave the approval score for XINYUE STEEL'S mill. Both contractor & our client are satisfied with the inspection result, also expressed to look forward to a win-win cooperation partnership in the near future.
