At this August, Xinyue received the inquiry from new Bangladesh customer, the inquiry details is various with different specifications, mainly content big outside diameter pipes welded flanges with different lengths, Tee welded with flanges and various flanges and fittings. The products is using for pump station of flood discharge, recognizing the terminal is local government, requiring high requirement in quality and technical parts. Xinyue organized technical & production and sales teams at the first time, provided customer with a comprehensive and competitive solution. After nearly three months of technical proposal modification and negotiation, Xinyue got the final order with perfect customer service against customer’s original suppliers.
In order to catch the urgent delivery, Xinyue arranged overtime to meet customer’s requirement over various difficulties. Finally delivered the products within lead time with high quality.
Xinyue strictly implements high standards and strict requirements. At the start of December, the end customer came to our factory for inspection welcomed. Customers visited our pipe and fitting factories successively.
Customer carried out on-site production inspection, measured whether if the out diameter and size of the pips confirm to the standards or not, observed whether if the weld seam of between pipe and flanges is defective by PT, and the spectrometer was used to test the chemical composition of the material, and the mechanical properties were done in the laboratory. All the test results were satisfactory and within the standard range. At this point, the customer expressed high approval and satisfaction for Xinyue’s product quality, team service and technical support, which laid a solid foundation for future win-win cooperation.
